Meet Dr. Sajeel Adrees
Founder and President of 21st Century
Physiotherapist • Educator • Mentor
Dr. Sajeel Adrees founded 21st Century Physio with a singular mission — to bridge the widening gap between clinical practice and academia for DPT students across Pakistan. Having experienced the same disconnect during his own training, he envisioned a platform where aspiring physiotherapists could gain real-world mentorship, structured internships and research guidance long before graduation.
Today the initiative has grown into a thriving community of students, educators and healthcare professionals. From free medical camps in underserved communities to intensive clinical workshops, every program is designed to equip the next generation of physios with the confidence and competence they need to lead the profession forward.
